Statement of Christian School Philosophy
Lafayette Christian School has a Christian Philosophy of education and its practices and methods emanate this. We hold that the foundation of all knowledge is God’s truth and is Christ-centered. This bible based principle is easily observable throughout the educational program. This institution has consciously chosen its courses, curricula, and other educational programs from a framework and perspective that is consistent with Biblical and Christian purposes and with the authority of the Bible as God’s infallible Word. This philosophy of Christian education guides the faculty to teach in harmony with the word of God. The result is the integration of Biblical principles and the highest academic standards throughout the student’s endeavors at this school.
